- Located on the beach of the secure gated community of Costa Brava. This spectacular beachfront villa boasts 5 bedrooms, 6 1/2 bathrooms and is one of few villas located right on the beach.

- The master bedroom has windows that retract opening to the hot tub, and the view of the beach and ocean. Each bedroom has its own bathroom.

​​​​​​​- On the lower level are two guest suites both with queen sized beds, bathrooms with showers, private balconies, and central air-conditioning.

​​​​​​​- The common area is elegant and airy with windows both front and back. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen bisects the common area with formal dining for twelve people.

- Stepping out of the house onto the patio you are provided with the living/reception area. The patio has a gas range and grill besides which is another marble topped table capable of seating ten guests.
