The School of Arts will be a museum-affiliated school offering year-round, inclusive art programs for children and adults.  Classes, workshops, and special art programs will be designed to accommodate people of all skill levels and interests.

Programs will be inclusive of traditional media such as drawing, painting, and photography, as well as innovative art media and design.   Plans are underway for the development of education programs incorporating STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, & Mathematics) objectives, as are programs targeting adults and children with special needs.

Our mission is "to encourage, inspire, and nurture creativity, and to foster a sense of discovery and appreciation of the arts and the wonders of the world."  Through instruction of techniques and building skills, adults and youth will experience arts’ significance in their lives.  The school will be inclusive of a youth division, ages 6-18, and an adult division.
