Rental Fees*
Weddings $2,500 Ceremony & Reception Site for 150 guests (4 hours) Seating available for a maximum of 150 guests (4hours) Galleries & Smith Foyer $1,000 Standing room for 300, seating for 150 (4 hours) Smith Foyer $400 Maximum of 75-100 guests (4 hours) Northgate Forest Conference Room $150 Maximum of 50 guests (4 hours) Seating available for a maximum of 25 guests (4hours) Recitals (in Main Gallery) $200 per recital Seating available for maximum of 150 guests (4 hours) Recitals (in Main Gallery) with Reception in Foyer $250 per recital Maximum of 100 guests *Rental fees are for a maximum of 4 hours, unless otherwise indicated including set-up and tear-down. Each additional hour is $100 per hr. Additional fees may apply to certain types of events. **An additional $50 fee will be added to any event that occurs outside of the museum's normal operating hours. ***Use of Museum's Steinway 'B' Concert Grand Piano is available for recitals and included in the recital rental fee. Piano tuning is an additional charge of $135. A staffing fee of $50 is required for each rental. In addition, two (2) staff members are required for 51, or more guests, three (3) staff members are required for 100, or more guests, The rooms must be left in a neat, clean, and orderly condition. If those conditions are not met, a notice will be given to the contact listed on the rental agreement and a fee of $100 will be charged. The Pearl is not responsible for the delivery and/or pick-up of any equipment required for the event. Any such equipment must be removed from the museum and grounds by 5:00 p.m. the day following the event. The museum is not responsible for any loss or damage of such equipment. Equipment delivery and pick-up times must be coordinated with the museum. Signs on walls are not permitted. Any plants or other materials brought in must be clean and pest free. The museum's equipment is available for some rentals for additional fees. Please note: The museum is housed in a Harris County facility and subject to County regulations. Two (2) Harris County Constables and one (1) licensed bartender are required for any event where alcoholic beverages are served in a County owned facility. Constable and bartender fees are the responsibility of the renter per 4 hour event. |
