*Rental fees are for a maximum of 4 hours, unless otherwise indicated including set-up and tear-down. Each additional hour is $100 per hr. Additional fees may apply to certain types of events.
**An additional $50 fee will be added to any event that occurs outside of the museum's normal operating hours.
***Use of Museum's Steinway 'B' Concert Grand Piano is available for recitals and included in the recital rental fee. Piano tuning is an additional charge of $135.
Please note: The museum is housed in a Harris County facility and subject to County regulations. Two (2) Harris County Constables and one (1) licensed bartender are required for any event where alcoholic beverages are served in a County owned facility. Constable and bartender fees total $700 per 4 hour event.
