#605 A.J. Schexnayder Original Painting "Rockport Patriot". Starting Bid: $700. 19" x 23" Framed Painting. Art work is a vignette, combination of pencil and watercolor. I spotted this shrimp boat in Rockport, Texas, as I was with friends, on a yearly painting trip. The red, white, and blue flag first caught my attention, as it stood forth from the many other boats that docked in the area. As a military veteran I felt this had to be a true patriot - thus the title "Rockport Patriot" to be the most appropriate title. I have since painted the boat several times, each slightly different, but always giving proper respect to the missing veteran.
