PURCHASE TABLE OR INDIVIDUAL TICKETS

  • $50,000 BOSSA NOVA
    Exclusive seating for 14 guests, and 2 overnight guest rooms. The gala will be called “Noche de Arte y Pasión, presented by (your name or company).” Includes champagne table service, reserve wines, special VIP gifts for each table guest, full-page message in program & on-screen presentation; plus year-round recognition at museum events, in all gala printed pieces, invitation, signage, and website. Also includes a special opportunity to host private events for guests or clients at the Pearl.
  • $30,000 MAMBO
    This premiere table includes priority seating for 12 and 1 overnight guest room. Guests will enjoy champagne table service, reserve wines, and special VIP gifts for each table guest. Includes listing in the invitation, full-page message in the program and the on-screen presentation.
  • $25,000 TANGO
    This premiere table includes priority seating for 10, champagne table service, reserve wines, a VIP gift for each table guest, listing in invitation, full-page message in program and on-screen presentation.
   
  • $15,000 RUMBA
    Priority seating for 10; includes reserve wines, a commemorative gift for each table guest, listing in invitation, full-page message in the program and the on-screen presentation.
  • $10,000 PASO DOBLE
    Priority seating for 10; includes reserve wines, listing in invitation, half-page program message and recognition in the on-screen presentation.
  • $5,000 SAMBA
    Priority seating for 10; includes reserve wines, listing in invitation, quarter-page program message and recognition in the on-screen presentation.
  • $3,500 BACHATA
    Priority seating for 10; includes listing in invitation, quarter page program message & listing on-screen.

    Helps to underwrite “the music of the night,” which will enlighten us and set a giving spirit throughout the evening. Sponsor is recognized during the evening, with a half-page program message, and in all gala signage.
  • $6,000 Decorations
    Helps transform the gala venue into a vibrant paradise!  Sponsor is recognized during the evening, with a half-page program message, and in all gala signage.
  • $6,000 Ballroom
    Underwrites the venue rental of the magical ballroom space. Sponsor is recognized prominently in the ballroom, with half-page program message, and at the gala.
  • ​​$5,000 Invitations
    Underwrites our always artful gala invitations. Sponsor receives prominent recognition in the invitation, on gala signage, and in the program.
  • $4,000 Program
    Underwrites the production of our beautiful gala printed program. Sponsor is recognized on the program cover, with a half-page message in the program, and at the Gala.
  • $4,000 Valet Parking
    Underwrites complimentary valet service for all gala guests. Recognized with signage at the drive-up,  quarter-page program message, and in all gala signage.
  • $3,000 Hors d'Oeuvres
    Helps to underwrite delectable hors d'oeuvres. Recognized on the printed menu, with a quarter-page program message, and at the gala. 
  • $3,000 Dinner, First Course
    Helps to underwrite our dinner's first course. Recognized on the printed menu, with a quarter-page program message, and at the gala. 
  • $3,000 Dinner, Main Course

    Helps underwrite the cost of the energetic live auction. Recognized in the program and in the on-screen auction presentation.

    Helps underwrite cocktail hour. Recognized with your name or logo on the cocktail napkins and bar signage, a quarter-page program message.
  • $2,500 Audio & Visual (2)
    Helps underwrite lighting, sound, and other visual effects at the gala. Recognized with a quarter-page program message, and on-screen at the Gala. 
  • $2,000 BidPal (4)
    Helps underwrite our automated auction system. Sponsors are recognized on banners on the BidPal auction screens all evening.
  • $1,500 Dinner Wine (4)
    Helps underwrite dinner wine for our guests. Recognized on signage at the bar and on the dinner menu wine listing.
  • $1,500 Floral (4)
    Helps underwrite beautiful floral arrangements for the evening. Recognized in the program and in signage at the gala.
  • $1,500 Print Media (3)
    Helps underwrite printed materials for the evening. Recognized in the program and in signage at the gala.

    Helps underwrite a luxury shuttle bus for guests to and from the event. Recognized in the program and in signage at the gala.

    Helps underwrite postage and mailing costs. Recognized in the program.

    Helps underwrite the costs of our always-elegant table linens. Recognized in the program. 
  • $500 Coffee Bar (2)
    Helps underwrite the cost of after-dinner coffee, liquers, & sweets. Recognized in the program and in signage at the coffee bar.
  • ​​$500 Silent Auction (5)
    Helps underwrite our impressive silent auction. Recognized in the program and in auction signage. 
  • $500 Publicity (5)
    Helps underwrite marketing costs for the gala. Recognized in the program.
  • $500 Gala Favors (2)
    Helps underwrite the cost of special party favors. Recognized in the program.
  • $400 Photography
    Helps underwrite a professional photographer to capture the excitement of this elegant evening. Recognized in the program.
  • $200 Bid Boards (2)

All underwriters will be recognized in the gala invitation and the gala program if pledge is received by print deadlines.
