Adult Art Workshops - Registration Policies
By registering for an Adult Art Workshop, participants agree to the safety protocols and registration policies outlined below:
COVID-19:
- By registering for a Pearl Fincher Museum School of Art Adult Art Workshop, I agree to accept the museum’s COVID 19 safety precautions, and I agree to hold harmless Pearl Fincher Museum of Fine Arts should I, the participant, become ill. It is understood that participation in the Pearl Fincher Museum Adult Art Workshop is at the participant’s own risk.
- By registering I further agree and affirm that I, the participant, have not exhibited symptoms or received a positive COVID-19 diagnosis within 14 days of the workshop date, and have not traveled to or from a geographic location requiring 14-day quarantine according to CDC guidelines. I also affirm that I have not been in close contact with an individual who has had a positive COVID-19 diagnosis within 14 days of the workshop.
- I agree to communicate any change in this status promptly to museum administrators.
Safety Protocol
Adult Art Workshop participants are required to:
For the participants' safety, Plexiglass shields are set up between every two tables. Sets of tables are positioned 6 feet apart. Table top surfaces are cleaned for every class.
- Wear a face mask while in the museum - if unvaccinated.
- Have their temperature checked upon arrival at the museum entrance
- Respect social distancing rules.

Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds
- No refunds will be issued within 72 hours prior to the start of class.
- No refunds are issued for “no-shows.”
- A $25 processing and materials fee will be deducted from any refund.
- Refund of workshop fees is given for cancellations if written notice is received 72 hours prior to the workshop date.
- Cancellation requests must be made in writing and can be emailed to education@pearlmfa.org.
- Registrations received less than 72 hours prior to a workshop, including same-day registrations, are considered final and are nonrefundable.
- Credit card payment refunds will be issued a credit. Check refunds will be mailed approximately 10–14 days after the refund request is received.
- In the event of a county or state mandate limiting in-person gatherings, in-person studio sessions will be canceled and refunds issued.
